What Makes It Unique?

Havoc Pro Scott Suggs designed this bait to be the ultimate shallow water flipping and pitching bait. The Havoc Change Up tweaked the crawbait body design to accommodate larger 5/0-7/0 hooks. This allows you to fish the heaviest cover without fear of the hook pushing through the bait.

By accommodating a larger hook, pulling large bass from heavy cover is simplified. A larger hook provides a secure anchor to pull against when ripping fish from brush, weeds, stumps, or docks.

The Bottom Line

The Berkley Havoc Change Up is an ideal bait for shallow water bass fishing. Pitch or flip it into thick brush or weeds without fear of effecting the hook placement in the bait. While this is a more subtle bait than something like the Pit Boss or Rocket Craw, the overwhelming advantage of the thick body and subtle arm action is deadly for bass hiding in thick cover.
